SHIPPING POLICY

 

Spill Tackle processes all orders within 48 hours of being received. 

​

• Orders received by 12pm will be shipped out next day. 

• Large mixed orders are subject to longer ship times. 

• A Spill Tackle representative will contact you and let you know what the expected delivery time will be based on the collective order. 

• Spill Tackle will send order confirmation upon purchase, and will send shipping and tracking information on the ship date of your order.

 

 

 

RETURN POLICY

We understand that mistakes can be made.  To help you correct those mistakes in ordering, Spill Tackle will gladly accept returns on any unopened product with undamaged packaging.

​

• Customer is responsible for 100% of shipping and packaging costs to return product

• Please inspect your delivery upon reciept for any damage that may have occured during shipping. Damaged product needs to be documented and proof sent to the Spill Tackle office within 24 hours of receipt for reimbursement. Please send proof of damaged product to support@spilltackle.com

• Orders more than $100 will be subject to a restocking fee of $20.
